构建大数据视阈下的哲学社会科学人才评价机制

哲学社会科学人才评价机制是促进哲学社会科学创新发展的基础性工作。当前，我国哲学社会科学人才评价机制存在着较多的现实困境。信息技术的高速发展为哲学社科人才评价产生了较大的影响，尤其是大数据有助于提升人才评价的科学化和规范化、准确性和预测性、透明性和公平性。构建大数据背景下的哲学社会科学人才评价机制，需要以大数据环境对社会科学人才评价的应用价值为立足点，以多元化的评价主体、客观化的评价标准、公正化的评价程序为基本内容，重点解决好“谁来评”“评什么”“怎么评”的问题。同时，通过完善人才评价法律法规、建立人才资源数据开放共享和一体化平台等措施，努力推动人才评价的法治化、科学化、规范化发展。     

Was Blumer a cognitivist? Assessing an ethnomethodological critique

A major target of criticism for ethnomethodology has been cognitivism. In its broadest sense this term refers to any account of human behaviour that treats psychological features of agents – including beliefs, attitudes, and interpretations – as factors explaining their behaviour. While much criticism of cognitivism has been directed at neuroscientists and philosophical materialists, the range of targets has been wider than this, even including sociologists such as Herbert Blumer and symbolic interactionists. In this article I outline this criticism of Blumer and assess it. My conclusion is that, despite some misreading, his work does fall into the broad category of cognitivism. However, I question the grounds for the ethnomethodological critique.

以环境哲学为研究视域的文化自觉是站在明确的生态整体主义立场的学科文化自觉。它以哲学为衔接点，把环境与广义的文化联系在一起，努力为环境哲学寻求新的增长点。而弱的非人类中心主义观念作为观念侧翼，更细致地修复破碎染尘之人心。让人类有效地从社会走向自然，又从自然回归社会。审视以环境哲学为研究视域能否实现文化自觉？它必须立足以环境哲学的语境与方式思考文化自觉的可能与必然，并应用环境哲学的方法与逻辑阐释文化自觉的内涵与趋向。环境哲学所固有的自然之翼，是其学科存在的本质特征。但如若停滞于自然界的现象，而无文化元素的参与和交融，环境哲学的困顿将会在现象与抽象之间迷失。而文化元素的加入，又必须在自觉的前提下进行，它一方面是为融合确定边界，另一方面是为渗透找到根据。以对人类与自然界高度负责的精神，文化自觉与环境哲学都有着共同的使命：欣赏人与自然的和谐相处。     

塞尔科技哲学思想的教育启示

新传播科技促进人类文明发生了巨大变化，教育也概莫能外。在塞尔分析看来，新传播科技的虚拟性、流动性、可塑性、柔软的连结性以及轻柔的无限可能性，蕴藏着旧式教育机构无法达到的潜能。塞尔认为，只有通过永不间断、远无止尽、摆脱时空与疆界藩篱的教育过程，通过教育与新传播科技之间的相互联结进而创造社会联结，才能真正达致所谓的正义与公平，从而促进教育学本质的发展与确立；教育教学致力的是社会整体，而非在智识上或是专业上的培育，因此更应注重如何培养“共在”公民这个层面。     

教研同一 道术归一 知行合一——张柏然教授翻译人才培养观研究

张柏然教授关注翻译教学并从事翻译实践、翻译研究与翻译人才培养长达半个世纪，为祖国培养了60名高层次译学研究人才。张柏然教授研究型翻译人才和致用型翻译人才培养的理念可以用“创新引领、中西融通”“国学陶养、通才模式”和“能力导向、质量为本”24字概括，这些思想服务于他的翻译教学与人才培养，遵循从应然经使然再到实然的逻辑演绎路径，实现了翻译人才培养的教研同一、道术归一与知行合一，在“对外讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音”的大背景下，具有重大的实践价值。     

颠覆与虚无:莎剧《麦克白》与《哈姆莱特》中的主观性困境

本文通过对比莎士比亚四大悲剧中《麦克白》与《哈姆莱特》两剧主人公的性格，从主观性的角度入手，尝试分析麦克白与哈姆莱特这两个人物的性格特征及其缺陷如何造成其悲剧命运，并进一步揭示莎士比亚塑造这两个人物的现代性意义。麦克白受想象引发的欲望诱惑，犯下弑君罪行，在犯罪之后，又受同样源于想象的恐惧折磨，幻想掩盖罪行，确保安全，反而令自己的罪恶越发深重。麦克白用自己的行动不断颠覆现实，将自身放逐于自然秩序之外。哈姆莱特的困境在于，他用自己高度二元化的形而上学思维来把握世界，在自己的头脑中构建起思维与存在、本质与表象、理想与现实的对立，并在双方的对立冲突中令自己陷入虚无，从而无法完成报仇的使命。莎士比亚塑造的这两个人物，正是后来现代社会中高度主观抽象的现代人的真实写照。     

Testing the gender similarities hypothesis: differences in subjective task value and motivation to transfer training

ABSTRACT

Are female and male trainees similar or different in their reaction to training programmes, specifically regarding their subjective task value and motivation to transfer? According to the gender similarities hypothesis, women and men are alike on most psychological variables. However, according to research in organizational behaviour, female and male employees differ on certain aspects, such as their job satisfaction and work identity. To test these two views on gender similarities and differences in the context of human resource development and training evaluation, the present study examined the extent to which gender moderated reactions to training. Based on the expectancy-value theory of motivation and self-determination theory, a web-based questionnaire was used to measure six training reactions: intrinsic value, attainment value, utility value, perceived relative cost, autonomous motivation to transfer, and controlled motivation to transfer. The results indicated that women and men differed in their ratings of attainment value but were similar for the remaining five reaction measures. These outcomes support the gender similarities hypothesis. The findings are discussed in terms of their theoretical implications for modelling gender effects in HRD research and their practical significance for promoting training effectiveness and transfer of training.

Back to Hegel? On Gillian Rose's critique of sociological reason

Thirty‐five years ago, Gillian Rose articulated a significant critique of classical sociological reason, emphasizing its relationship to its philosophical forebears. In a series of works, but most significantly in her Hegel contra Sociology, Rose worked to specify the implications of sociology's failure, both in its critical Marxist and its ‘scientific’ forms, to move beyond Kant and to fully come to terms with the thought of Hegel. In this article, I unpack and explain the substance of her criticisms, developing the necessary Hegelian philosophical background on which she founded them. I argue that Rose's attempted recuperation of ‘speculative reason’ for social theory remains little understood, despite its continued relevance to contemporary debates concerning the nature and scope of sociological reason. As an illustration, I employ Rose to critique Chernilo's recent call for a more philosophically sophisticated sociology. From the vantage point of Rose, this particular account of a ‘philosophical sociology’ remains abstract and rooted in the neo‐Kantian contradictions that continue to characterize sociology.
